Ok, we are about to do it. Take the beast out of the box. It is a big step but it has got to be done. I don't want you guys coming up with some special "award" for us. Hahahahaha. The flat box award or something. I must say that we have really been racking up a bunch of SIB (still in box) points. We will be so far ahead of everyone by the end of the summer, you wil never catch up.
We have been reading the book about sailing that Jim loaned us. Look out. We will be ready to whup up on you guys at the next race. We might even learn the rules of the road so we don't have to spend all of our time doing 360s, 720s, 840s, or whatever it takes. Take care and it is great to get to know you all.
We got it put together yesterday. It came out pretty good. Only took us 10 minutes like the box said. Hahahahahaha. We were missing a part so had to order that piece so when it arrives, we will be ready to go. The hard part will be to take it back and forth to the coast.
John, I am trying to contact Megatech for some warranty work that needs to be done a couple of he new boats. Have you made contact with them re your missing part?
PS, John you could probably leave your boat at the club rather than carrying it back and forth..
